In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the jw960 Platform. All financial transactions on the jw960 Platform are conducted in BDT. jw960 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. jw960 is not liable for delays in live data that may affect in-play pricing.
• If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed for more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

• jw960 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the betting account of any Player who is found to be exploiting pricing errors, engaging in arbitrage, or otherwise acting in bad faith.

• Free bet credits cannot be withdrawn and do not carry a cash value. Only winnings derived from free bet stakes (net of the stake itself) are credited to the cash balance.

All content on the jw960 Platform — including but not limited to the jw960 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, odds displays, and game interfaces — is the property of jw960 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit:

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account before the amendment takes effect. Withdrawal of your remaining cash balance (excluding any uncleared Bonus Funds) will be processed in the normal course following an account closure request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the terms as set out in this agreement. jw960 operates under its platform terms as a digital services provider offering products to users in Bangladesh and does not make any specific claim regarding regulatory jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, bonus credit, or any other matter, the following procedure applies:
